Introduction

This service program is written to be executed with you being an influencer. The design is to keep KINDNESS on the front burner, all the time, at all levels, AND you invest in it with a degree of courage to influence and then your financial return on the courage to influence is swift. You do this from your email desk.

You receive 6 letters (one per month) to explain the 5Ws and 1H and as soon as you decide to share them you invest $150 to send the letters in your network. Each influencer you encourage to send the same letters also invests $150 and this generates a $37.50 return to you, confirming your courage.

Four influencers recruited returns your money and all those past four puts money in your pocket, forever.

We are doing this to influence KINDNESS with age 0-6 children that flows into the Cardinal Virtues and age 0-12 influence. It is likely you have grandchildren, children or even younger brothers and sisters in those age groups and being paid to ask the schools for the influence of KINDNESS is now required.

Where, Who, When, What and How

Everywhere, Everybody, Everytime you have a chance to influence and encourage kindness you have to do it.

There are reasons for parents, principals, directors, teachers, siblings, uncles, aunts, grandparents, foster parents, and mentors to want to influence kind attitudes with, for and from age 0-6 children so it spans into age 6-12 children.

Time and attention on kindness creates learning time in the home, classroom, school, neighborhood and it feels good to do it. The next best thing to being a good Samaritan is cheering for a good Samaritan.

Nobody can dispute kindness’s first-things-first goodness so it is not controversial. The self has to work to bring this tool to the workspace, but kindness is preparation for opening doors to the future. It is a fruit of the Spirit in the Christian world and a plus addition in the civil world.

Grace and courtesy open most doors and lead to even more self-control and first-things-first respect and discipline in present life and later.

Doing kindness with first-things-first self-control, respect, and discipline leads to further understanding of the Cardinal Virtues and other values that lead to the best of success and hope for continuous improvement. How these messages accelerate over disputes and difficult spaces includes you and your network.

Why

The Chaos in society is really bad and is consuming positive expectations for civility. The example of riots not constrained by law and order reported is reported on by Leah Barkoukis. The worst keeps getting worse and ultimately the law, order and prosecution does not even show up for the crime.

At that point, logic would have it that kindness after justice is going to be real painful for all. Some locations in the USA are already in this pain.

Whether you practice Christianity or you profess to be civil we are part of the 80% to understand and recreate the concept of the good Samaritan, kindness and compassion.

We understand there is not enough kindness standing against hate, envy, anger and the like.

One who is fixing our hate and anger will actively use kindness traits to project goodness. That must be us, imagine millions of us approaching age 0-6 children with the traits of kindness as an obvious alternative.

Michael Petrilli a public education expert, President of Fordham Excellence in Education, puts forth that even school choice is no longer a strong move to excellence in the urban and suburban education complex.

“Something more, higher quality early starts from the private sector will be required.” Per Thomas Wolfgram of USA Values LLC. Choice to do highest-quality early education as a routine will require new and special attention and NewOldMoney that will not be located for the public space without a kindness attitude in the private sector.

The only private sector company with enough money and connection to pull that off is the Federal Reserve Bank.

Why

Christian or not, at least secular civility created with KINDNESS will return the nation to reasonable expectations of civility. Christian social morality from the level of many churches will sweep the nation into God’s blessing because HE promised. Jesus promises us peace on earth.

Gary Franks says suicides and homicides represent in part the lack of hope. A mental illness that is addressed directly within the process of Christian social morality as it aligns family and network, work, charity, hope and faith to daily mental action. We must encourage that with civil and Christian action.

Team up with somebody to encourage the imperative of kindness. I suggest you find yourself a group of four others to total five. Your group is to encourage those that lack hope (mental illness) to let Jesus add into their life. Kindness is a free commodity (pray for it locally as an attribute that turns into an asset).

The influence of kindness could become a world of work for someone as you help them leverage it into meaningful earnings from the street networks. Pray that you find that local person, pray that you and that person receives the power of the Holy Spirit with a vision on a 1 to 200 multiplication of influence.

The power of the Holy Spirit can do 1 to 200 or more. You and that person need the power of the Holy Spirit because you are elbow to elbow within the works of the devil. Pray that God’s will be done.

Work based on kindness will avoid government dependency and this work is an imagination away using a free commodity also working wonders on mental illness. Think-what is it worth for the neighborhood to become kind and how can you influence the start and the scale to open this door. Let Tom Wolfgram specifically explain it.

Subject: God Blesses the Nation Through His Christian Followers, the secular gets a free ride.

Why

God’s blessing for the secular follows HIS promise to Christians. He will bless the nation through his blessing of His Christian followers. Christian social morality from the level of many churches will sweep the nation into God’s blessing because HE promised. But, he promised his Christian flock, not the world.

When the Christian world recovers its mojo, it and the secular alongside it because of proximity receives his blessing. Next logic is the practicing Christian is being KIND to the secular when he prays for the blessing and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Literally when the Christian is in church and contributing to church growth or renewal it is an act of kindness to the secular neighborhood with an expectation to be disrespected for being KIND. The power of the Holy Spirit is for the Christian.

See the politician (Larry Elder included) about saving the nation. Bla, Bla, Bla because it is not about the present divides. You can count the votes but it is not about politics. The Christian’s demonstration of Christian social morality must be strong enough to influence the civil secular to vote and save the nation in the process.

Christianity (Family and Network, work, charity, hope, faith per Mere Christianity written by C.S. Lewis as an example) is the substance of the true ballot. The power comes from the practicing Christian and His/Her influence starting with KINDNESS as the proxy for the fruit of the Spirit.

The Good Samaritan concept has been adopted by the secular but just the act of KINDNESS (a proxy) is not playing often enough on the daily sound tracks.

It is both separation time and combination time. Christians need to demonstrate kindness as a proxy Where, When, Who, What, Why and How.

Pray for the power of the Holy Spirit for the secular attention to goodness so that the nation’s divide combines Christians and the secular civil into the 80% voting block against the 20% who do not care.

To be specific there is a 20% who do not desire to live in a civil society based on family and networks, work, charity, virtues, values and positive expectations.

Christian lead in kindness and use the kindness proxy as the How to separate into the 80%/20% and be a part of the majority. Can Christianity’s selflessness and sharing lead the nation out of the ditch?

The 40% who are practicing Christianity and believe in the fruit of the Spirit, power of prayer and the extra power of a focused Holy Spirit will create the 80% that will again be blessed as a nation. Civility and Christianity are the operative attitudes to total 80%. The political, or racial, or sexual segments are muted.

The 80% would be a super, super majority at the voting booth where goodness will again prevail. Some of the traditional issues might well be more settled on the definition of kindness after justice (goodness) verse the left and right.

For example, equal opportunity, the law, justice, the homeless, better and best school outcomes, balanced federal budgets, and term limits. Reduce regulations, paying down federal debt, borders that work, strong police and prosecution of crime, safety, security, and fatherhood.

Proof of citizenship, democracy, freedom, free speech, religious freedom, and choices to live and be educated from day one that literally excludes the danger of communism and socialism.

Yes, settle the above on the basis of goodness.

Regardless the practicing Christian has the power to get the nation out of the ditch from the Christian church base.

Operational Model Example

A Present Organization employs a Main Street manager at $1,000 per month. Positive expectation cost (PEC) is $150 one time. Manager engages people from the community to keep the engagement repeating. Expect 200 people to pay $150 PEC in the first 2 months from direct face-to-face action regarding kindness messaging of the manager.

$30,000 in revenue and $7,500 in returns to the manager. Expect 50 people per month for the next following 10 months to total 500 people and $75,000 in revenue from PEC and $18,750 in returns to the manager. (total returns $26,250)

The first-year total compensation for the Main Street manager is $44,250 or what the Present Organization wants it to be. The Present Organization pays the local selling expenses of the Main Street manager of $500 per month also covered by donations.

The present organization pays $12,000 and $6,000 and the operating entity pays $26,250 to total $44,250.

The PEC pays for 20 emails targeted to 10 individuals for a total of 200 emails over a period of one year, addressing that person’s network. Each list of 10 requires a payment of $150 and reasonable substitution is allowed as maintenance to the order.

The idea is to flood the defined territory with the ideas of kindness and positive expectation with a focus on preschools and elementary schools.

The person(s) put in place by the Present Organization matters. 700 activated individuals cause 140,000 emails and prayers for the influence of kindness in the territory defined. 700 x 10 x 20 emails equal 140,000.

The pivot starts with first-things-first face to face influence of kindness by targeting individuals, churches, preschools, families, teens and elementary schools to directly influence kindness by also sending email letters in their network under the same program. The 20 letters are the start to influence.

They are not controversial for Christians or civil citizens. The letters lead to even greater influence that creates time inside of schools and organizations.

The Clarity Grid reflecting Cash Flow

Repeating, these words pivot the community from chaos to kindness. They are in each of 20 emails sent to 10 persons in the network created by 6000 active persons and 8.6 paid managers (1,200,000 email letters).

The expectation is those 10 persons yield 4 persons to join the 6000 persons and growth exceeds the limits of the number of citizens in the zip code.
